In other words, you work with shitty people, who do half-assed jobs, and that affects your own work.
Here’s what you should do and it sounds counter-intuitive:
Pick up all the slack. Do all the work they should be doing. Then give them full credit.
That’s it. Then you will get promoted.
Give and you will receive.
