Here’s the best way to write very fast: Up to 10,000 words a day or more.
Heavily outline. Then write to fill up the outline. Don’t waver. Don’t think. Outline and write. If I don’t outline I can write 1000 words a day. If I outline, I can write 10,000 words a day.
