It is great that you are interested in teaching. My question is: how can school get beyond teaching to the lowest common denominator in a class. How can we avoid the standardization of American youth?
For instance, what would be a good curricula for home schooling or even unschooling.
Or how can students move through topics at their own pace with teachers there to just guide them rather than teach them. And how can students foster their creativity at an early age instead of spending 42 minutes in Art Class and then a buzzer rings and then they have to go to a boring Chemistry class.
Disrupt education. I feel like its one of the last bastions of old-school life to change.
